Making Fitness Fun

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.The training I coach consists of Kettlebell training for Strength, Endurance and Skills, Pilates for a strong core and energising the body from within and Bodyweight training that requires no equipment .

If you are after being coached and guided through in person this would be your choice. I love working with my clients and we have fun together training with Kettlebells in the garden or in my Home studio. Pilates for days you need some energy and want to focus on your core.

It can be a little scary to meet a Pt first time, i know that feeling but don't be. My passion is to help you and find out how, and playfully discover what works for you.

COMMON QUERIES

There are always a lot of questions when it comes to fitness. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

1. I personally like Kettlebells for versatility. There are so many options lifting a Kettlebell and you can use it for Cardio, Strength, Flow, Sport lifting and Complexes.

2. A yoga mat for stretching, Pilates and Core excersises

3.Mini Bands 

4. A Trx which adds more fun and creativity to your basic body movements and you can add or subtract intensity and weight.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

hmm, there are a lot of great trainers out there, what makes me who I am is that i care a lot for people. My number 1 goal is to help encouraging my clients to be who they are and seeing themselves growing stronger and more confident with our sessions together.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I don't charge extra for some guidance on what to eat. If you would like a personal meal plan then that would be an extra cost.
