STOTT PILATES (MAT)
Stott pilates is a great style that can done easily anywhere you are.
I use it a lot for my online sessions for clients that want to work on their core.
It really helped me to get my waist back after having a failed pregnancy and my muscles where weak and needed some deep strengthening.
There are Five basic principles that must be accomplished to understand how to correctly engage each muscle and avoid stiffness in neck and shoulders, hips and Pelvis and get good alignment.
