MY PILATES STYLE
I am trained in Stott mat pilates and with my background as a Kettlebell coach like to combine and mix and match Kettlebells, Basic Calisthenics and Pilates to give the Training a bit of an athletic edge. I used Pilates also for Rehab for clients with injuries and it has helped my Post natal clients to get their core strengthened after giving birth.
